And after missing his first offseason with a positive COVID-19 test, center James Wiseman will likely not get an offseason once again in the aftermath of his torn meniscus on April 10 and subsequent successful surgery. A Warriors news release said Wiseman was to begin rehab immediately after his Thursday operation, confirming the former University of Memphis player’s absence for the rest of this season, while adding Wiseman is expected to return for the start of the 2021-22 campaign.
