Draymond chronicles the best trash talkers in the league
Draymond Green, known for his infamous trash talking and high energy play, started a podcast a few weeks ago where he talks about a variety of topics surrounding the NBA. Most recently, talking about the best trash talkers in the league.
Naturally, the three-time NBA champion and three-time NBA all-star from Saginaw haven’t shied away from expressing his feelings about the current state of the league as well as a variety of different societal issues. With the birth of the hit podcast “The Draymond Green Show” listeners have been offered a fresh new way to hear many of the star player's feelings about different topics.
Most recently, he discussed the best trash talkers around the league. Of course, he had himself as one of the top trash talkers in the league along with a familiar friend, Kevin Durant, coming in a close second. Dray, in his career, has had a total of 131 technicals since entering the league per FadeawayWorld.com. Proof, that his trash-talking ranges from not only other players but to officials as well.
We all know Kevin Durant as one of the greatest scores and all-around players to have ever played the game. Known for his slender build and tall height he has developed throughout his career into one of the greatest forwards to ever play the game. But what we may not have known as fans, is his innate ability to talk trash. Fans cant hear everything said between the lines of a professional basketball contest. But, when a reputable and proven trash talker like Dray comes out on his podcast and says that Durant is definitely at the top of his list when it comes to the subtle art of trash-talking, it’s worth noting.
Luckily for us, the dubs will be at home the next time they play the Nets on January 29th. Hopefully, by that time the Warriors roster will be at full strength and we can see the birth of a new NBA rivalry that has been years in the making. Additionally, I’d advise anyone watching Nets games to pay close attention to how Durant eviscerates his opponent not only with words but also with his airtight lights-out shooting ability which is something truly special to watch.
