After an eventful start to the NBA free agency, it’s time for the Warriors to make some moves. Myers has $5.9 million through the taxpayer mid-level exception and he needs to use it. Don’t let it go to waste, you have no excuse to do so.
The Warriors need some more veteran leadership through these positions: a play-making guard and a frontcourt depth piece that can stretch the floor. With players like Patty Mills and Nicolas Batum gone, it’s starting to look like slim-pickings but I still see a few available players that would be good fits in the Bay Area.

As the NBA Playoffs continue into the second round, it appears to be an open race out in the Western Conference. That bodes well for the Golden State Warriors, who will look to reemerge as a legitimate contender after missing out on the playoffs following an exit in the play-in tournament. The 2020-2021 season was proof that the Warriors can compete at a high level, so long as everyone, from the front office to the coaching staff, stays the course. In addition, some roster help is a vital need to extend their season into the postseason.

Despite missing one of their cornerstone players in Draymond Green, the Golden State Warriors impressively defeat the Miami Heat 120-112 in overtime.
Almost nothing about this contest looked like the regular Stephen Curry performances we have been accustomed to as he shot only 32% from the field and a depressing 5-20 from three… but in spectacular fashion, he did sink a breathtaking step back three-point dagger to decide the game and scored a total of 25 points tonight.
