Draymond Green doesn't seem to be done talking smack to Paul Pierce
Draymond Green recently took to social media to address Paul Pierce after Pierce made remarks stating that the current generation of NBA players are “scared of LeBron”.
Green took to his Instagram story and posted Pierce’s quote and replied with “Enjoy retirement man…you still fear Bron…shut up already!”.

Draymond has a history of spats with Pierce. Most notably when Pierce was attempting to talk trash to Green during a game. Pierce had earlier announced that he would be playing in his last season. Draymond very audibly let Pierce know that he was not Kobe Byrant and that if he expected a farewell tour he was greatly mistaken.

That’s not it in this trash talking saga.
It should be noted that the unrelenting smack talk from Draymond has not been unprovoked. In October of 2016 Pierce made another inflammatory statement, this time directed at Kevin Durant a few months after Durant announced his decision to play for the Golden State Warriors.
Pierce made reference to his generation compared to the current one. Something he seems to enjoy doing. “I don’t think they are as hungry or as competitive as my generation was.”.
Green responded to Pierce’s statement. “…like, dude, nobody cares what you did or who you did it for.”.
